• I understand tha Just Padel Pro Sports Academy LLC is not responsible for any injury/ damages which may be
  incurred during my children’s participation in the activities provided and agree to hold them harmless from
  claims for injuries or damages.
• I understand that Just Padel has qualified first-aiders within its team and may provide first aid in response to any injury. Just Padel ‘s staff will attempt to contact the parent / guardian, using the contact information
  provided, should any incident arise.
• Just Padel promotes consideration and respect for all. If an incident arises the Just Padel staff will address and
  may contact the parent/s. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, and any bullying or physical
  threat/ action may lead to camp expulsion, without refund.
• I certify that aside from any declarations in the registration form, there are no healthrelated reasons, allergies
  or restrictions which prelude my child’s participation in these activities.
• I give Just Padel permission to use any still or moving image/s of me and my children for advertising,
  marketing, and social media purposes..
