HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?
You will be rewarded with loyalty points each time you book the court using the Just Padel mobile app.
Earn 12 Points for every 45 mins session played. The more you play, the more points you earn.
How can I redeem my Free Session:
our Free Session can be redeemed under the Packages section in the Just Padel mobile app.
Additionally, you can also share the points with your friends.

Terms & ConDITIONS
- You need to collect the necessary points based on the level, to redeem free sessions.
- Free sessions cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Loyalty points can only be collected when the session is booked using the mobile app
- Loyalty points cannot be collected for coaching sessions, events or tournaments.
- If the booking is cancelled, the Loyalty points & Session will be removed.
- The reward for each level is valid for a duration of 365 days.
- Once the duration has expired, the sessions will reset to zero.
- Current points will be calculated based on the total points collected in the past 3 years.
- Free sessions are only valid for court bookings. Not applicable for add-ons.
- Loyalty rewards programs cannot be combined with any other offers or packages or coupons.
- The user should comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE.

- Current Points – Number of points earned through loyalty points within the past 3 years.
- Lifetime Score Points – Total number of points earned through loyalty programs.
- Promote – Play more sessions to get promoted to the next level.
- Expired – Previous level has expired and updated to the relevant level.
- Redeem – You can redeem free sessions for court bookings, based on the number of points collected
